This encounter is massively important to Arsenal. Win it and we not only go back to the top of the League but we will be reinstating our title credentials. To everybody but more importantly to the players minds.
I would not play Sagna in central defence. At the moment he is slightly more effective at that position than Vermaelen but we will be losing much more in our right back defensive capability and more importantly from our forward penetration on the right wing.
Stats are showing that 46% of Arsenal's attacks come from the right side and this is no surprise as Sagna is usually the full back who ventures forward and Gibbs stays behind. And this statistic was with Walcott's absence.
Both Flamini and Arteta should start. This will add more protection for the defence, something that was so evidently lacking at Man City. And if we need to chase the game then one of them can be substituted by a more forward thinking player.
On the wings obviously Walcott is a no brainer and Ramsey should occupy the left side instead of Cazorla. He could interchange with Ozil by coming in to add numbers in midfield both for defensive and attacking purposes as the need may be.

We can all choose a starting eleven to face Chelsea. And of course Arsene Wenger will. Whoever that eleven are they need to be hungrier than the Chelsea players. They need to want it more. Without this hunger no combination of eleven will win us the game.

Spot on they cant play together has to be rambo with either arteta or flamini, flamini would be my choice.
If Arsenal play like when Drogba was around,get ready for another loss.I still have misgivings about Arsenal's counter attack speed.It's too slow and laborious and gives defenders time to regroup and stifle the attackers.
Don't believe me. Rewind the videos and watch how Drogba/the ugly Brit and Ronaldo were scoring for fun with the generous amount of time and space.
Btw,wtach how Fulham scored against MC. It was the speed of the counter attack.

We need marking in this, this game is just like manCity own.. We need two DM ARTETA n flamini.. Then he can change one of them d second half...we saw what happen when only flamini play against man city

Ramey does not play his best out on the wing. He's a box-to-box midfielder who makes runs up into the attck while Arteta or Flamini hang back. Also, I would start Cazorla. We need more creativity in the attack. I do not think Walcott is as creative as Wilshere (who's serving a 2 match ban) and with him absent, Cazorla can bring the creativity. I say keep Walcott for the speed to exploit the wing and take our Flamini or Arteta to bring Ramsey back.
Wenger pls listen very well, do not put Giroud in that match if you want us to win or draw, as for now Giroud is fable

I think for the oppon choach if he can see this he knows you are coming 2 defend then he will add more attackers and at d end the game will end 10 against 11 by d time yr blockers commit alot . what we need is addtnal creative mid.f that can cause problems 4 them as wel som1 like ROS or CAS you can even use GNAB frm left 2 make attacking force powerful if GNAB cut to right frm left we will see heavy shot that can trouble Cesc on the goal polls and this can give us winning.
